I am a Siculo-Australiano, that is a Australian of Sicilian Background. Growing up in and still living in Sydney's Inner West I was exposed to food and cuisine from around the world - from the playground, to the streets to my mates homes and of course my home. Each week, hopefully, I will bring you a new article/post on a great recipe, experience, ingredient or something food related.
