Please be as descriptive as possible and provide a reply email address so stag can ask any questions if need be.
In particular stag is after recipes that are "out of the ordinary" and would be difficult to find in cookbooks or online (even if it's difficult to find in English).
There is no guarantee that the recipe you submit will feature on stagFOOD.com - stag will determine if it's worthy!!!
